AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Welcome to the Kids' Club After School Program!.
‚Äč
Our goal is to provide a nurturing and meaningful environment for children in grades pre-kindergarten through eighth. Kids' Club offers children a variety of age appropriate group projects, organized sports, scheduled homework time, and socialization.
Enrichment activities through art, cooking, music, science, drama, literature, math, and multi-cultural activities are also incorporated into group projects and activities that guide and teach children in fun, interesting, and productive ways. Also included are activities and projects to further community awareness, pro-social behavior, health and safety, activities that encourage self confidence, foster cooperation, encourage verbalization of feelings and the development of problem solving skills.
Children will have access to both structured and unstructured activities so that they are meaningfully involved in happy, secure ways.
A Typical Day
Students arrive in the cafeteria upon school dismissal and are provided a nutritious snack/meal. Students then have the option to attend Homework Hall or choose from daily activity centers such as arts/crafts, outside play, organized sports, board games, and special interest clubs which are planned and supervised by Kids' Club staff.
